This is a deep immersive Soundbath in which we ‘bathe’ the body in SOUND. If you have never attended a Soundbath this is the opportunity to step into a restful and relaxed rest and digest state within the body, mind and spirit. Our practitioner uses crystal singing bowl, flutes, chimes, drums and several other instruments to achieve a truly supportive and healing container for participants.

After the soundbath participants are invited (but not required) to receive an energy clearing and blessing using white sage, palo santo, cedar or lavender. Energy clearings utilize the herbal smoke produced from each plant helper to clear the energy on the body, mind and spirit. Smudging has been used across indigenous cultures for thousands of years across the world as a way to reset, protect and bless the physical body with potent plant helpers.

Several blends of highly curated herbal teas will also be provided to ground and support the body.

This offering is open to men and women ages 16 and up. Please bring a yoga or exercise mat and comfortable clothes.
