It’s time to take back your sovereignty and regain your health

The Good Medicine 45 day body reset is broken up into 2 phases. The first phase is a 45 day elimination, in this phase you are not allowed to consume any of the following food and beverage groups.

The second phase is a 15 day reintroduction phase in which you will select 1 eliminated food group at a time to slowly reintroduce to the body and observe how your body responds. If you experience symptoms once you reintroduce a certain food or beverage group that is your body telling you… hey this is NOT for us. This program is the best way to understand true food sensitivities versus a leaky gut that is constantly inflamed and symptomatic.

  • This includes agave, brown sugar, , coconut sugar, cane sugar, high-fructose corn syrup, honey, maple syrup, molasses, monk fruit extract, stevia AKA Truvia, Sweet’N Low, Splenda, aspartame AKA Equal, NutraSweet, erythritol, and xylitol.

    The only exception to this rule is 100% fruit juice.

  • Yes, I really do mean ALL Alcohol. This includes alcohol used for cooking. Kombucha IS permitted as long as it complies with the sugar rule.

  • Including wheat, rye, barley, triticale, oats, corn, rice, millet, bulgur, sorghum, sprouted grains, quinoa, amaranth, and buckwheat.

  • Including cow’s-, goat’s-, or sheep’s-milk and all associated milk products, Including cream, cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt, sour cream, ice cream, or frozen yogurt.

    The only exceptions are clarified butter or ghee

  • Including baked goods made with alternative flours

    Absolutely NO bread, tortillas, wraps, crackers, pizza or pie crust, biscuits, pancakes, crepes, waffles, muffins, cupcakes, cookies, and brownies pasta or noodles, cereals and chips.

    Exceptions to this rule are French fries and sweet potato fries that are cooked in a complaint fashion

  • Including black, red, pinto, navy and garbanzo beans, chickpeas, white, kidney, lima, fava, cannellini, lentils, adzuki and mung

    All forms of soy are out including soy sauce, miso, tofu, tempeh, edamame, soy protein, soy milk, or soy lecithin.

    Exceptions are green beans, peanuts, and most peas.

    • No seed oils are permitted.

    • For cooking please use Tallow, Ghee, Coconut oil or Rendered fat

    • For Dressings please use olive oil or avocado oil

    • If you cant pronounce an ingredient on the label it doesn't belong in your mouth

    • If it's packaged chances are.. its not approved

    • Buy organic whenever possible

  • This reset is about eating REAL WHOLE FOODS. You will eat delicious meals prepared with simple and fresh ingredients. There is no calorie counting, no macros, no measurements or weigh ins allowed on this journey. This journey is about YOU versus YOU. Food IS the medicine!
