This is the perfect opportunity to step into yoga in a restorative and supportive environment. This offering is open to both men and women 18+ Please bring a yoga mat and good energy! Students will enjoy a supportive Ashwagandha Moon Milk Latte after their flow and an opportunity to ground with frequency.
