Because of it's heart opening qualities cacao is a perfect pairing with meditation, yoga, dancing, and therapeutic work such as sound healing and quantum healing through frequency.

 Cacao facilitates greater connection to other people and to yourself, thus fostering gratitude, positivity and JOY.
