Come and join us for the first Soundbath of 2025

This is a deep immersive Soundbath in which we ‘bathe’ the body in SOUND. If you have never attended a Soundbath this is the opportunity to step into a restful and relaxed rest and digest state within the body, mind and spirit. Our practiconer uses cystal singing bowl, flutes, chimes, drums and several other instruments to achieve a truly supportive and healing container for participants.

In addition to the Soundbath offering all participants will enjoy a blend of highly curated herbal teas designed to bring a calming and grounding presence into the body.

This offering is open to men and women age 16 and up.

Please bring a yoga or exercise mat and wear comfortable clothing.
