Rebecca Aguilera Owner of Yoga Bee TX located in Whitesboro, TX

Yoga came into my life when I needed it most. I was searching for movement where I could grow both physically and mentally. Yoga has brought me to the connection of my breath which has guided me through many experiences on and off my mat. It gave me the ability to feel both energized and relaxed at the same time! Feeling all this made me want to share with others and help them feel this as well! My teaching style is Vinyasa flow, connecting our breath with movement. I enjoy helping students challenge themselves and see where their flow can take them. I am very passionate about supporting mothers through pregnancy and beyond, the importance of pre and postnatal yoga. Whether it’s a group class or private, yoga can benefit everyone. I have been teaching for over 13 years. And have achieved my 200hr Yoga Certification through Shanti Shanti Yoga School in CA and Prenatal Certification through Unfold Yoga in CA. I have taken many workshops in between. And continue to find trainings to learn and grow and share with students. When not in the studio you can find me reading a good book or at home milking my cow, tending to my chickens and wrangling 4 wild boys.

Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat and yoga clothes, if you wish to enjoy the cold plunge or hot tub offerings please bring appropriate attire, and towel as well as a dry change of clothes.
